Toypunks Volume 1 introduces vital players in the Japanese streetwear and designer toy scenes, exploring their roots in punk and outsider culture. Via location shooting in Japan and America, the DVD explores a profound cross-cultural exchange between American and Japanese creators. The film stars Hikaru Iwanaga of seminal Japanese fashion brand, Bounty Hunter.
